How to use sugar wax?

Using sugar wax effectively requires proper skin preparation and correct flicking technique. Start with clean, completely dry skin free of lotions, oils, or surface sweat. Dusting a light layer of oil-free powder on the area helps the sugar paste grip the hair rather than moisture on the skin.

Take a small ball of room-temperature sugar paste and press it onto the skin. Smooth the paste over the target area three times against the direction of hair growth, allowing the sugar to wrap around individual hair shafts. Hold the surrounding skin taut with your free hand, then flick the paste off quickly parallel to the skin in the natural direction of hair growth. Reuse the same sugar ball until it loses grip, then rinse skin with warm water to remove any residue.
