How to wax upper lip?

To wax your upper lip at home, begin with clean, dry skin free of makeup, lip balm, and skin oils. Dust a tiny amount of powder on your lip area to absorb residual moisture. Apply warm facial wax over one side of your upper lip following the direction of hair growth.

Hold the skin taut near your cheek with one hand. Place a wax strip over the area, press firmly, and rip the strip off quickly in the opposite direction of hair growth, keeping the strip close to your skin. Repeat on the other side. Immediately press your hand over the skin to dull stinging, then soothe with aloe vera gel or cucumber lotion. Following proper pre-wax and post-wax care ensures your upper lip stays smooth, calm, and free of redness.
